This form allows instructors to obtain a new course shell for development or a new section of an existing course. You can use this form to request a course for either WebCT 4.1 or CE 6.  If you are requesting a CE 6 course, please see the Start-of-Semester Procedures for additional information on how to prepare your course for students.
